The following terms and conditions are reflective of our terms applicable as part of your booking. These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract with you and Atma Island Living Bed & Breakfast.
Individual rooms vary from $195 – $ 500 per night.
- Check-in time is anytime after 2 p.m. Later check-in times are available by prior arrangement only.
- Checkout time 11 a.m.
- Smoking is not permitted on the property.
- No pets allowed.
- Business or government employee per diem rates honored on a case by case basis
- Surveillance or recording devices on the property (common areas outside the home is equipped with security cameras as well as a night security guard on premises).
Payment Policy
We accept credit card for all booking and cash for dine-in services. Rates are subject to sales tax. Reservations must be secured by credit card at the time of reservation.
