Our Ayurvedic tailored meal option features the use of spices and herbs to provide a healing effect for the body. Dining at Atma Island Living promotes healthy cooking through a mostly-plant based diet filled with a variety of real and whole foods.
We know that each person’s diet is different. Ayurvedic diets for the three different dosha types (Pitta, Kapha and Vata) all include various fresh herbs, spices, teas, vegetables, healthy fats, high-antioxidant foods and protein. Options for everyone!
